3 Rivers Wealth Management Group (TRWMG)

Owned by Brad and Kristi Hilbert, 3 Rivers Wealth Management Group provides financial management and advisory services including retirement & education planning, insurance needs, investment guidance and 401k management for businesses. They specialize in working with small businesses owners and individuals.

Brad and Kristi have 3 sons, Alex (21), Nick (19) and Kam (10). They founded the TRWMG Bridges Kids Club in 2013 after being inspired by hosting a lemonade stand with their friends Tanner and Hayden ZIsses as a random act of kindness to honor the memory of a fallen hero. The first Operation Santa was in 2013 and consisted of raising funds and shopping together at Toys R Us, meeting for hot chocolate and present wrapping then gifts being donated to children in a partner organization. The first Operation Santa Joint Forces Military Family Carnival was in 2014 and supported 50 local military families from the Air Force. The event has since doubled and tripled in size each year to now serve over 3,500 actively serving military families from every branch of service.

The Hilbert Family’s goal of the Bridges Kids Club is to help teach the next generation the importance and joy of selfless giving. They believe there is no greater gift to give your children and the work tirelessly all year to get as many kids involved in events supporting local military and veterans all year long.

Heroes Supporting Heroes 501c3. (HSH)

Heroes Supporting Heroes was founded by 25 year Marine and Air Force Veteran John Lee and his wife Sheri and is based in Oakdale PA. While John deployed with our local 911th Airlift Wing, it became apparent that there were missing resources for families locally with a deployed love one. They founded HSH to help to alleviate those burdens for our local military service members and their families. The mission of Heroes Supporting Heroes is to meet the basic life needs of others through: Seeking to bear one another’s burdens.

The foundation of HSH began with serving those in military uniform (past, present & families). As their ranks grow with more volunteers, they continue to seek ways to maximize them with everything from technical trades to hard-working individuals wanting to help others will shape our service offering.

HSH aims to serve for the greater good by seeking to maximize the impact to our local communities by sponsoring the West Allegheny Workcamp, Operation Turkey Drop, Operation Santa Joint Forces Military Family Carnival and other projects to improve the lives of our neighbors and support our active and veteran military family community.
